Contract with customer
The contract between The DMC UK and the customer comes into existence upon The DMC UK acceptance of an order i.e. when payment has been received.  The DMC UK has the right to refuse acceptance of an order.
Payment of goods
Payment must be made on receipt of an order. Online payments are accepted using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro (Switch) and Solo cards.

Tax Charges
For all orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is included in your order. 
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The contract between The DMC UK and the customer will be governed by English Law.

Use of this material including the production, storage, modification, distribution or republication without the prior written consent of The DMC UK, or where applicable, the respective copyright owner(s) is prohibited. New Day and Night is a natural product and has no major side effects. However do not use if you are pregnant or nursing.  Consult a doctor before use if you are under medical supervision. Do not exceed the Recommended Daily Allowance of the “Night” Product.

Pricing, Delivery & Returns Policy

 
Pricing
For the “3x2” and the “slim with a friend” options, the prices in the shopping page include postage and packing. The prices of 1 month treatment of New day & Night in the shopping page does not include postage and packing. This is added later and you will see the final payment price before you pay for your goods.  Pricing is subject to change without notice.
  
Delivery
Delivery is to a valid UK address only - we cannot ship outside of the UK. The DMC UK will deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address stated on the order.  Availability permitting, please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to be delivered to you.  If we are unable to deliver your order in its entirety then we will contact you by email or telephone as soon as possible.
If your order gets lost in the post then we will send a replacement order. However, you must allow 15 working days after your order has been sent out, for it to be termed 'lost'. After the 15 days you should contact us at  customerservice@new-day-night.co.uk or call us on 0800 055 3678 to advise us that your order has not been delivered.   
 
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the New Day and Night Slimming system, you can call 0800 055 3678 or email us at customerservice@new-day-night.co.uk to verify that you are following the slimming system correctly. However, if you don’t want to go on with your slimming plan, you can avail our exclusive 30 days money back guarantee option.
 
If you buy a one month treatment, you can get reimbursed if you send back the box (containing Day box and Night Box), even if it is empty. If you buy a “3x2”, you can get reimbursed if you send back two months treatment untouched and unopened  and the one month treatment (including the two boxes)  even if empty. If you buy a “slim with a friend” option, you can get reimbursed if you send back four months treatment untouched and unopened and two months treatment, even empty.
 
In any case, to obtain the reimbursement you must send back the invoice together with the products. No reimbursement will be made by The DMC UK if you will not send back the invoice.
 
You should return your packaging/s, together with the invoice to:

You must write clearly on the package or address label “New Day and Night Return”.

The reimbursement will be made within 72 hours after confirmation of the receipt of the return.
If we are unable to reimburse your order due to your failure to meet our return procedures we will resend your order at our expenses to the address you indicated in your order.
All reimbursements will be made to the credit card or to the debit card used for the purchase
If the goods delivered to you are damaged or defective, please call us at 0800 055 3678 or email us at support@new-day-night.co.uk for a replacement order.
